Our products

We make every effort possible to make sure that colour, shape and sizing is represented as realistically as possible. We cannot however make exact guarantees, as digital representation on different web browsers and computer screens and colour can vary.

 

Deliveries

Goods will be dispatched in 5-7 working days of receipt of payment.

UK Deliveries

For UK deliveries we use RoyalMail

Overseas Deliveries

For overseas deliveries we use RoyalMail ParcelForce. We do not cover any customs import duties or taxes within our overseas deliveries nor unfortunately can we predict or offer advice on what these may amount to. All responsibilities for these fall on the customer. Overseas packages maybe subject to inspection and opened at customs, causing delays beyond our control.

 

Please note shipments overseas cannot exceed 2Kg. This is due to postal restrictions and for us to keep costs down. If your order exceeds 2Kg, our system wont let you place the order. We suggest you split the order up. Sorry for any inconvenience. 

 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your online purchase you may return it within seven working days of delivery for a refund. All refunds will be credited with the same payment as the original purchase. Please email your receipt and a brief reason why you would like to return the item to adrian@streetcoffee.co.uk. The customer is responsible for the safekeeping of the goods and safe passage back to us and we do not accept liability for goods that have been damaged or lost in transit back to us.  Please ensure that you correctly package the goods for their return and provide a tracking number for the item so it’s whereabouts can be accounted for.

Damaged Goods

Replacement or refunds will be offered for damaged goods. Please notify us within 24 hours of the receiving the goods by emailing us at adrian@streetcoffee.co.uk with a copy of your receipt and a brief explanation of the problem.

 

Cancelations

If you wish to cancel an order please telephone or email us as soon as possible as we do try to process orders as quickly as possible and if the goods have already been dispatched you will need to return them to us in accordance with our returns policy.
